  • To take the nonsense out of fitness training. Our philosophy is to train for consistent, measurable and transferable progress. Your training program should help you meet your goals in the gym while also improving your everyday life out of the gym. A program that cannot do both, is not a good program. We put the most emphasis on the movements and exercises that give you the biggest benefit for your time. We want to make your 1 hour in the gym as efficient as possible in order to improve the other 23 hours of your day!

WHY I STARTED.

My fitness journey started in middle school as a part of the training program for the local football team. I was a tall, scrawny, unathletic kid who wanted to be the best football player possible. Experience and athletic ability were lacking compared to the rest of the team. STILL, AFTER the coach suggested these traits could be improved through a WELL-REGIMENTED exercise program, I went all in.

My athletic ability, strength, and confidence all quickly improved and I soon found myself as a key player of the team. It was then and there that I realized my true calling in life was to guide people down the same path of self-improvement. It’s intimidating to try something new, especially when it comes to fitness. Whether you have some fitness experience or none at all, understand we were once in the same exact place.
